Adam Kervale writes high-concept thrillers that wrap current events and ancient myths into a techno-conspiracy. Outside Eden's Gate: A Shadow Falls, his first novel, is being recorded now as an Academy Voices audiobook.
Adam spent most of his life in Seattle, Washington, and now lives in Southern California. His career has been in creative fields, mostly computer graphics and digital art.
He started writing to say something about what he sees unfolding in the United States and around the world. Fiction, and a thriller in particular, was the way he chose to do it.
Outside Eden's Gate: A Shadow Falls is Adam's debut, a 432-page thriller about prophecy, power and the fragile line between belief and control. It ties events of today to myths that reach back to the beginning of recorded time. Adam is working on a related book, so the story may become a series. The audiobook is narrated by Eleesha Lewis.
Evil rarely announced itself. It seeped in through cracks, wearing masks of legitimacy, setting traps disguised as opportunities.
A techno conspiracy religious political thriller, a fable for our times. Mixing the technology of AI with a supernatural evil.
