Mike Frankland

I'm Mike, a British audiobook narrator and voice actor based in Hampshire, England. After careers in construction and digital project management, I made the leap into audiobook narration, combining my lifelong love of reading and performance. I specialise in bringing stories to life through distinct, believable characters. My natural accent is British RP, and I'm confident with Cockney, Northern English, Scottish, Irish, South African, Australian, and French accents. I voice characters from teenagers to the elderly, across all genders. I've narrated YA, fantasy, sci-fi, horror, literary fiction, and thrillers, with sci-fi and fantasy being particular favourites. I'm especially proud to have narrated Everything Was Beautiful and Nothing Hurt by Ben Reeves, an instant New York Times bestseller. When I'm not in the booth, you'll usually find me singing, playing guitar, playing chess, or foraging in the woods.
